Return Policy
Eligibility Criteria
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in resalable condition (i.e. they can’t be dirty or marked, smell like smoke, contain pet hair, etc.). If they are not in resalable condition, they are not returnable. If items are new and unopened, they will be refunded for full credit.
Return Process
You can download a Return Form by clicking here. Email the return form to Info@FlagsUSA.com. A customer service rep will respond within 1-2 business days on next steps in the return process. You may also call us at 800-369-8085.
If the order is defective or you received the wrong order, Flags USA will reimburse the shipping cost. If your return is not due to our error, you will not be refunded for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds can be expected to process within two weeks after you ship your package to Flags USA. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Restocking Fees
If your return is not due to our error, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Returns without our authorization may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. It is required that we are aware of the return and you have our written authorization to return the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
To report damaged or defective items, email the Return Form to Info@FlagsUSA.com or the Customer Service Rep you are in contact with and provide detailed information about what is wrong with the item on the Return Form. When emailing the Return Form, include pictures of your damaged or defective items that clearly show what is wrong. Pictures should include the full flag, closeups of the damaged/defective area and the manufacturer's label. Written details of the issue and pictures are mandatory at the time of submission.
Once we receive pictures, they will be inspected by our quality control department and we will remain in contact with you on how the issue will be resolved.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.00 for most deliveries throughout the 48 contiguous states. However, the flat rate shipping does not apply to APO boxes, U.S. territories, Hawaii, or Alaska. Shipping costs may also vary based on factors such as the weight, dimensions, or number of boxes in your order, the shipping location, or if the order includes specific items such as flag sets, commercial flagpoles, etc.
Our expedited shipping methods include UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Costs for faster shipping vary on the items of your order and will be listed at the time of checkout. See “Order Processing Time” below for cut-off times.
Shipping Methods
The shipping carriers we use include UPS, FedEx Express, Spee-Dee and USPS Priority Mail. Currently, we select the best carrier for shipping based on the items in your order.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same day they are placed provided they are received before the cut-off time of 2:00 PM CST. Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped on the following business day. If a Next Day Air in-stock order is placed on a Friday before 2:00 PM CST, it will ship the same day and be delivered the following Monday. To check if Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is available in your area, please contact our customer service team at 800-369-8085.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, including some holidays, except when our office or shipping carriers are closed.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times for our shipping methods are as follows:
Flat Rate: 2-3 days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 day
*Expedited shipping delivery times may be delayed if you place an order Thursday through Sunday.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is processed and prepared for shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship internationally unless a freight forwarding address within the 48 contiguous states is provided.
Handling Fees
Customers may incur additional shipping fees in the following cases: deliveries to remote areas (fees vary), exceeding certain package dimensions and address corrections.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, an address correction fee of $25.00 per carton will apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at 800-369-8085 and we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are returning an order because it is defective or you received the wrong order, Flags USA will reimburse the shipping cost. If your return is not due to our error, you can still return the item, however, you will not be refunded for shipping.
