We offer a standard cotton indoor flag in 2' x 3', anything smaller would need to be a custom order. Custom orders can be placed by emailing our customs department at Jenny@FlagsUSA.com As far as a holder, we are unclear what you are referring to. You can always email us at info@FlagsUSA.com and share a picture of the holder.
