There isn't an option to have a reinforced header. It is recommended to take down flags in extreme weather conditions.
Our outdoor Montana flags are offered in 2 different materials. Here is a breakdown of those materials and their durability:
Nylon – Ideal for all-purpose flags. Made from tightly woven, high-quality 200-denier nylon with a lustrous finish. Lightweight enough to fly in the slightest breeze, making it excellent for most conditions and all-weather use.
Poly-Knit – Made from 100% polyester woven fibers with a four-ounce knit weave. The open-knit construction allows wind to pass through for easier flying and enables the flag to dry quickly after rain. A lighter yet durable alternative to traditional polyester, Poly-Knit combines strength with improved fly ability.
