Shipping

All Flag orders have a flat rate of $8.00 shipping and will ship UPS Ground. For Flagpoles, Promotional Products, Commercial Printing and Nok Out Orders, the shipping charges are not included, they will be estimated at check out but are subject to change. We will contact you with the final shipping price within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Stock items are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS GROUND. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for pricing and availability on products. For custom products, the lead time is about 10 - 14 business days from approval of proof. Flagpoles and some promotional products are shipped by freight carrier, please contact us for pricing.

All shortages, damages, and freight claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving the products.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

A 15% Restocking fee will apply to all stock items plus customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. Custom made products are not returnable.

Payment

We require payment in advance before we start production on custom items. We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders. Returned checks will add $25.00 processing fee. Customer is responsible for all necessary collection charges.
